Olga Torres will remain with the West Yorkshire Hawks for the 2026/27 season as preparations continue for the new Women’s Team campaign.

Wearing number 11, the guard will build on her previous experience with the team while continuing to represent West Yorkshire in the NBL.

Torres has continued to work hard on her development and provides valuable consistency within the group. Her energy and commitment will be important as familiar players and new additions come together ahead of the season.

Speaking about the campaign ahead, Torres said: “Looking forward to getting back on court and playing with this team again. I’m excited to meet the new players, build something special together, and continue representing West Yorkshire in the NBL.”

Head Coach Marc Holmes said: “Olga is a player who brings a great deal of energy and commitment to everything she does. She has continued to work hard and develop, and having that consistency within the group is really important. I’m looking forward to seeing her take another step forward this season and continue to have an impact for us.”

With the opening games drawing closer, Torres and the rest of the squad will continue working together as they prepare for the 2026/27 season.
