Hawks Look To Extend Winning Streak

The Hawks face off against Tees Valley Mohawks on Saturday night at the University of Huddersfield. Hawks are riding a three-game winning streak after an impressive 26-point triumph over City of Leeds. Hawks are currently 5th in the division with a 5-5 record, they face the Tees Valley Mohawks, who are just one spot below them in 6th spot with a 4-4 record.

Hawks Head Coach Mark Mills is optimistic, stating, “We have made huge leaps in the last few weeks and I am excited for our home fans to see the guys in action. Tees Valley are a good team with plenty of history in the National League. They used their experience to control the game earlier in the season and we can’t let them do it again. It should be a good game with teams of contrasting styles”

The last encounter between these two teams ended in favour of the Mohawks at Middlesbrough College, with a final score of 84-73. However, the Hawks, having grown and improved considerably since that meeting and are eager to redeem themselves on their home court.
